Going Home

It was finally time to go home.  Well, it was time to go home and move :o)  We left all the piles of snow covered sugar beets...

 ...frosty cold, snow covered fields and open spaces...

...but not without a new hairdo from Breann...thanks, I love it!...

 ...and finally moved into a home of our own again!

 After a few days of unpacking and unloading, Emma found her next size bin of clothes that has been stored away for over a year now and went bananas finding all the "new" clothes.  She found a dress of Breanna's that she fell in love with and had to try it on right then.

The house was quite unorganized for a week or so while I tried to unpack and make sense of boxes and boxes that had been in storage and between the ones we had while we were already over here in Colorado.  Lets just say I had storage bins lined along all the walls while I put the right things back in the right bins for a few days.  *sigh* It felt SO good!  I felt like we were living out of boxes and bags for over a year....well, we pretty much were.  Despite moving into a house that is 1/2 the size of the one we own in Idaho, we are very happy that we are back on our own.  We are adjusting to the new space quite well and because of the lack of storage and space we have de-junked a TON!  YAY!  Lets just say loads of stuff have been taken to the donation center.  :o)  We keep what we love and use what we need.  It's awesome. We had also sold most of our furniture before we moved from Idaho so it had been fun to search out new couches & a table on craigslist during the past year and we finally got to use them!  We are so blessed to be back in a home of our own and are so grateful for the many family members who helped us during this transition.
