We took the kids to the Home & Garden show. It was fun to walk around and see all the cool new things and the kids enjoyed getting out of the house and doing something new. My favorite part was seeing all the cakes. I guess there was a cake decorating contest and it was fun to see all the different ones. The kids really enjoyed seeing the animal sculptures; especially the sharks.
It was fun to see flowers blooming in the dead of winter.
Cody first thought we were tasting the flowers, but soon figured out we were smelling them.

And the two boys are potting something for sure in this one!
The kids most favorite thing though was the swing set.
It was a fun evening out and the kids enjoyed the new experience. That is one of the perks of living in a large city...there are lots of things to do and new things to see :o)
