We decided to spend Flag Day with the grandparents at their stakes summer get together. We wanted to bring a festive treat to share so we opted with cupcakes. The kids love to make cupcakes...so the baking began. The boys love to try and move their heads as fast as the mixer is going.

And can I say best grandma of the year award??? She was such a good sport to let all her grand kids face paint her face.

The kids did not want to wash their faces that night...we let them play in it until bedtime.
On on sad note, we spent a lot of afternoons hearing these choppers fly overhead. There are some major fires burning here in Colorado and they have had non stop water tankers help putting out the fires.
