Time for another preschool field trip. It has been so much fun this year to have an excuse to go to all these fun places. The zoo was on the list for this month. Cody was official map man.

Carter had a book with all the animals he was searching for. Chrystal also made adorable badge sashes for the kids and they added a badge each time they saw a new animal. People all throughout the zoo kept asking us where we got them.
This leopard was seriously scoping out the kids.
The polar bears were so much fun to watch this day!
My favorite animal to see...flamingos!
The bear was doing all sorts of tricks. The trainer was across the ditch and was doing all these hand signs and the bear would do something different. The kids loved watching him!
A ride on the merry go round was a must.
Carter's favorite animal was the zebra and Cody's favorite animals were the giraffe and the elephants (which sadly were being moved to their new home---we will have to come back later to see them this summer in their new environment)
