Boating

The kids love to go out on Poppy & Grandma's boat when we come to visit.  They live close to the reservoir which makes it super convenient to have a boat to use.  The kids were so excited! 

We spent some time on the beach playing in the water.

 The kids loved rolling in the sand.

 Then it was boating time!  Carter is convinced that we must eat nuts every time we ride on the boat.  He must have seen Poppy eating nuts every time we go on the boat...

 Carter was content to just drive with Poppy.

Cody's ride on the tube was hilarious!  Here he is beginning with Breanna.

 As they started going, he kept saying "go faster!"

 So they went faster...Apparently he is a daredevil because if you look closely he is resting his chin on his hand because he kept telling Breanna he was bored and wanted them to go faster.  haha, too funny!

 Carter did not want to go on the tube, so I compromised and went for a very short slow ride with him.  He loved it after we got going.

 Then grandma & Emma went for a crazy fast ride.

 And Cody was out before we left the parking lot...downed the capri sun and was out for a long nap.

 The sunsets were so amazing!

We sure miss the openness of the country in Idaho...goodbye potato fields!
